Returns Are Available for Clothing Apparel ONLY. Refunds are available for any and all products received by the buyer with proof of damaged or defective condition.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS ON CLOTHING APPAREL:

Buyer must contact dragoonieladstudio@gmail.com via Contact tab with order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivered shipment to request a full refund or return.

For a refund or return, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and must return the order in new condition.

Should the item arrive damaged or used, a refund will not issued.

For any and all returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
